I made the decision to
buy a house last October. As a first time home buyer, I was a bit
nervous about the
process and not sure what to expect. I first spoke with a real estate
agent that I had found
in the phone book, and quickly realize that we did not
communicate effectively.
The second agent I spoke to, I met at an open house. After a
few days leaving
messages, I began to feel as if he didn't want to bother with a 'small
